Positive thinking makes a person successful based on their thinking. Optimism plays an important role in the psychological wellbeing of an individual. The optimistic individual has high confidence, hope to achieve the goal and handle all the situations that often occur unexpectedly. The optimistic individual has vast ideas and can ignore bad or negative views about the future so they can better adapt to their environment.

Impact of optimism to our Brain

The brain is the most complex organ, and it is the master of the body. Development of the brain continues throughout life. The neural network is formed when information is collected and passed from one neuron to another. Neurotransmitters are the chemical messengers that travel from one neuron to another. Positive and negative thinking both create an impact on the function and structure of the brain. Some chemicals are released when an individual thought about any condition. When individual have positive views about the situation, they feel happy, joyful, and optimistic. During optimistic thinking, our brain produces serotonin, it regulates our mood and social behaviour and simultaneously, it decreases the cortisol level in the brain. Normal production of serotonin makes a person feel happy, satisfy, relax, feel less strain, feel confident, and the person feel emotionally secure.
Positive thinking enhance individual capabilities and their cognitive ability to pick a positive point from all the conditions. Individual feel satisfied and have more options in life as compared to a negative thinker.

How to eradicate negativity and become optimistic

Negative thinker views every situation negatively and keeps negative experiences in their mind that are not good for their psychological and physical health. Optimistic thinking improves the quality of life of an individual. It gives the chance to learn about new facilities.

Use your imagination

It is the process and the ability of the mind to form new ideas, create new concepts through imagination. Individual who perceive every situation negatively have best option to deal with such a situation through imagination. If they imagine the situation in a linear way and positive way than it positively impacts on the outcome of the problem. Through imagination, an individual feels confident and motivated.

Try to change your thinking. You are the only who have a higher power to change your thinking. Understand your negative thinking pattern and try to change it with a positive thinking pattern.

Don’t make yourself worried by focusing on past or future events. Don’t think that the present is the outcome of the past. Every circumstance is different from one to another. So try to focus and work on your present, it helps you to focus on a positive situation.

Children can pick anything that looks interesting to them. Parents are the first role model of a child. Child depend on their parents before going to school. So if parents teach good habits to their child and create strong bonding, it will be helpful for developing a positive mindset in children.

Develop a habit to read a good story that teaches a positive lesson. Stories give a long lasting impression in the mind of children.

Make a good home environment

Parents are responsible for creating a good or bad environment. Parents relationship problems create a negative mindset of children. A child saw a fight and retain all the scenario in their mind and later trying to apply it.

Encourage your child

Encouragement provides confidence to a child, and they can attain their goals easily. Encourage your child if they are making a good diagram. It will develop good skills in your child.

So optimism is the key to success. Individual who has positive analysis about circumstances is the successful person in the present and also in the future. Optimist individual knowing better about, how I can handle myself in every condition, and this will make them a good and healthy person. An adult has the opportunity to read different journals and keep them busy in different activities. Finding a positive aspect in every circumstance it might be difficult but not impossible. Optimist individuals work with objectives, and they have a goal to accomplish their final product. Optimism assesses by their future expectations, optimist thinks positive, and their expectation was higher even they face the hard obstacles in their life.
